World Sexual Health Day Committee (2021 - 2025)

Purpose:

The role of the WSHD Committee is to ascertain a theme for the September 4th event every year. Once the theme has been approved, the committee will begin brainstorming ideas that will support the theme, with the specific intent that the products/ideas will support WSHD around the world.

The committee then works to support requests from around the world to personalize their event(s).

Typical tasks:

​

• Brainstorm ideas for themes

• Seek approval for suggested theme

• Develop products (fact sheets, quizzes, social media examples, short videos of people giving their thoughts about the theme, etc.)

• Update the WSHD website – www.worldsexualhealthday.org
